We are specialists in BBQ! Our food truck and trailer offer ribs, rib tips, turkey ribs, pulled pork, smoked turkey, smoked sausage and sides of baked beans, cole slaw, potato salad and hand cut french fries. Our meats are smoked heavily and flavored with the chef's secret "Main Ingredient" marinade that gives you flavor down to the bone.

History
Established in 2019.
The Main Ingredient LLC was established when a former restauranteur decided to close his establishment, Bread of Heaven. We purchased the recipes, hired the chef and added a few twists. Our ribs are not rubbed but marinated with the secret "Wang Dang" flavor. This process gives flavor down to the bone!

An entrepreneur that loves working with people. I'm a certified foodie and just a lover of great cuisine. A graduate of Western Kentucky University with a Degree in Mass Communications and Marketing. I enjoy hanging with my family, football, food and fun.
